In Sardinia we enjoy a mild climate in winter and a very hot one in July and August.
This allows us to ride in winter and to be able to open the season in March and close it in November, and then work out in the winter, always outdoors. In the warmer months you can ride until noon at the most, then maybe you need to take a break on the beach in front a crystalline sea. The temperatures in winter almost never drop below 0 Celsius (32° Fahrenheit), while in summer they can reach over 40 degrees. The wettest months are in winter as it does not rain much in summer. The prevailing wind is the mistral which blows from the north-east, but there are long periods of sirocco (hot wind from the south).
