Itinerary

Day 1Benvenuti to Sardara, Sardinia

Welcome to Sardara. It is located in the middle of Campidano Area and it is a village with four thousand inhabitants, has always been a strategic junction and was once the border between the Giudicati of Arborea and of Calari. Sardara’s history is linked, today as in Antiquity, to the thermal springs: the Aquae Neapolitanae led to the establishment of a densely populated Roman residential area (2nd-1st century BC). At the end of the 19th century, they were incorporated into the modern Sardara thermal baths. Two kilometres from the village, your stay will be an experience of well-being in an establishment surrounded by greenery. The waters gush out at a temperature of between 50 and 68 degrees C and are beneficial and therapeutic.
Meet and greet with “Bike Tour Sardinia” representative that will fit your bikes and introduce you to each day ride.

Trip of a lifetime
Mauro did an excellent job putting our bike trip together. The trip completely exceeded all expectations. Mauro followed us through the entire trip to make sure everything was perfect. All accommodations were in credible including really fabulous food… Incredible experience!! We visited several vineyards that were incredible.

I would advise anyone who’s not an avid biker to consider an E bike… It made our trip very manageable …Highly recommend

We hired e-bikes for our honeymoon, on the Wild Landscapes tour from Oristano to Pula over 6 days. And we’re not really “bike enthusiasts”. This was an amazing journey, and the bikes were flawless (we want some!). Mauro and his staff were excellent, and helped us even with an unscheduled “skip day” where the temperature and exhaustion was a bit too much for one of the segments. The route took us to the “back way”, exploring interesting landscapes as promised, and the hotels we well-picked and seamlessly organised for us. We just turned up, and they knew exactly who we were and had our bags already sorted. Mauro and staff gave a great briefing at start and end, and were available throughout. He also suggested the beat places for dinners and lunches, when they weren’t included in the trip.
We might give their Tuscany tour a thought for next year!
