Note: we don't accept American Express for remote transactions. Please inform your credit card provider that a charge will be made by a company based in Italy.

Please Note: We use a multi-currency payment system to keep our prices competitive. Your payment will be processed in your local currency. In this case, your bank or card issuer may apply a foreign transaction fee. This fee is not charged by us.

Usual Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 60 days in advance: no rental fee will be charged and booking deposit will be refund but a €15 transaction fee will be retained.
Cancellation made 60 days or less prior to bike rental start:
From 10 up to 60 days: 30% of the bike rental
From 0 to 10 days: 100% of the bike rental

On some customized booking, the cancellation policy may be subject to change; it will be specified in the emails and on the agreement.
