The population that inhabits this island is considered one of the most welcoming of the Mediterranean. It’s easy to walk into a store and ask for a street and be accompanied by the local only spirit of hospitality. The people inhabiting this island is one of the oldest in the world, some villages are numerous centenarians; This is due to the absence of stress and pollution, as well as a healthy diet and it is said that a reason may be a good Sardinian wine and the good oil produced in Sardinia.
The hospitality is a commonplace for tourists: you may be asked to eat a pig or a goat in a typical Sardinian matriarchal-style family, where the woman is the head of the household and the husband is a labourer.
English is not widely used except in cities or by young people.
What attracts tourism and new lovers of this land is also the almost complete absence of crime throughout the country: this is  the happy island of Sardinia in the Mediterranean.
